Our exclusive client is currently seeking an IT manager.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing all company IT systems, web sites and respective agencies /consultants. The individual will also be responsible for the development and management of the IT strategy as well as project managing IT related issues across all departments / agencies.
Main duties and responsibilities will be to assist the Company Director in the planning of overall company strategy regarding all aspects of IT including web development, search engine optimisation, stock and management systems.
You will also be responsible for managing all existing IT systems and processes including office infrastructure.
To manage all new IT projects working with other dept heads to ensure successful implementation.
To maintain and develop company Actinic & other websites.
Managing the agency responsible for the Access database and stock management system and its’ integration with the company websites and customer services.
Responsible for the overseeing the design of new company web pages, including graphics, animation and functionality.
Excellent commercial awareness with experience of managing budgets and developing and implementing IT strategy.
A minimum of 3 years Web and Database Development experience & good working knowledge and experience of actinic shopping cart,
excellent ASP, JavaScript and HTML knowledge, database knowledge specifically Access.
Web / Graphical Design skills would be highly desirable. Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques preferred.
A flexible attitude with proven experience of working in a small team.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
